She INSPIRES Me..

Late last night at about 10.30pm I was struggling to move off my couch just to go to bed.

Being over tired and lazy I grab my phone and have a surf on Facebook to find this....

Inspired out of my mind I jump from the couch and straight to the studio,
and an hour later emerge feeling happy.

Here is what I created inspired by this demo..

Project Life & Mixed Media = Scrappy Fun

You know those inspirational thoughts that come to you in the middle of the night...
well this was it.

While creating this project I was thinking (most of the time) this is going to go horribly wrong! But when adding the final touches I found myself pleasantly surprised at the result.

Here is my latest project for Flutterby Designs
Incorporating the use of Flutterby flairs, fussy cuts, photo tabs and wood veneers.

Here is my take on the challenge.

Photo Booth Fun!

I love this craze! Photo Booths are just so much fun especially when you jump in with your children.
This layout celebrates a fun little moment I shared with my babies.

With the use of more Flutterby Design products (flairs & photo tabs) here is my
 photo booth fun layout.

Celebrating my love with Teresa Collins

When deciding to begin playing with pocket style albums the first thing that came to mind was my wedding photos. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful photographer that captured so many memorable parts of our special day and in turn now having a large amount of beautiful photos. Still unsure where to start I thought I would hold off until the
perfect scrapbooking range jumped out at me, three years later it did.

A huge thank you goes out to Teresa Collins for creating
with the help of We R Memory Keepers this pocket style kit I have used today.

Just before we start with the wedding though lets celebrate our engagement..

 IDEA....

Step 1: Select photo and reprint in a smaller size. I usually work with reducing the image approximately a third. Highlight corners. In this layout I have used Teresa Collins photo corners.

Step 2: Using dimensional tape, foam dots, or glue dots adhere to back of smaller size photograph

Step 3: Adhere onto larger photograph.

Step 4: Embellish the remainder of the photograph or pocket.
